Give clients and collaborators access to your event plan.

How to Share Your Floor Plans

1. Select Share at the top right of your floor plan.

2. Choose a viewer link for someone who needs to see the plan, or an editor link for someone who should be able to change it. Website embed code is also available.

3. Copy the appropriate link into your own email, or use the available email option.

4. Separate multiple email addresses with commas.
