Interactiva began with a problem I encountered repeatedly while working in the wedding and events industry: people often found it difficult to picture how their event would look before the day.
I’m Sophia, the founder of Interactiva and the owner of Sophia’s Final Touch, a wedding and event styling company. Through working with couples, venues and event professionals, I saw how challenging it could be to communicate an event design using photographs, spreadsheets and basic floor plans.
Clients wanted to understand how their tables, furniture and décor would work together inside the venue. Venues and suppliers needed clear layout and seating information. The available planning methods often kept these details in separate places.
Interactiva was created to bring them together.
From an Idea to an Event Planning Tool
The original idea was to give people a clearer way to visualise an event before it happened.
That idea developed into a planning tool that combines:

Guest seating and table management
Décor, colours and finishes

Instead of relying on several disconnected documents, users can build and update the event plan in one place.

Venues often need to create different layouts for the same space. A room may be used for a wedding one day, a conference the next and a private dinner later in the week.
Interactiva allows venues to create an accurate plan of their space and adapt it for different bookings. Tables, chairs and important event areas can be positioned to scale, helping the venue team and client understand the proposed setup.
Reusable venue plans can also save time when similar arrangements are needed again.

Interactiva connects the table layout with guest information. Depending on the selected plan, users can:

A Clearer Way to Plan Events
Interactiva grew from practical experience in weddings and events. It was created to make layouts easier to build, ideas easier to explain and event plans easier to share.
